Getting Started

  • New students should arrive at least 15 minutes before class in order to become familiar with the studio and register.
  • Footwear is not needed. Wear light-weight non-constricting clothing (shorts or leggings and t-shirts or tank tops)
  • Mats are required but can be purchased or rented at the studio
  • Come well hydrated, and try no to eat for 2 hours before class
  • Smile, have fun and enjoy!

Studio Etiquette

  • Students should arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class
  • Please leave your shoes in the reception area
  • Bags and jackets may be left in change rooms (the door is locked during class)
  • Please sign the class sheet when you arrive
  • Mats are required but can be purchased or rented at the studio
  • Water Jars are available for rental. You can also fill your water bottle with our fresh-filtered water.
  • Please turn off your cell phone.
  • Have an open mind and patience. Some classes and poses will be more challenging than others. The teacher will offer variations for all levels.
  • Washroom & Shower facilities are available.
