Join Carolyn for a nourishing evening during the full moon.

This workshop provides a structured and supportive environment to help you align with the natural rhythm of the moon and enhance personal and spiritual development. You can expect to harness the power of the full moon through a combination of guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, sound healing and silent reflection.

Whether you are new to these practices or a seasoned participant, you’ll feel a supportive space to deepen your self-awareness and rejuvenate your spirit. The full moon symbolizes completion, illumination, and the peak of energy. It is a time of full illumination by the sun, and is potent for introspection, release, and manifestation.

In today's fast-paced world, finding inner balance and tranquility can be challenging. You will leave this workshop achieving personal alignment and inner peace. Come share this special evening with us, fostering a sense of community, individual growth and accomplishing an harmonious state of being.

About Carolyn Anne Budgell (Meditation, Yoga & Breath Guide. Mentor to Teachers + Leaders):

Carolyn is dedicated to sharing simple yet transformative tools that have supported her in her own growth.

Carolyn has been guiding yoga + meditation trainings, retreats & corporate events worldwide for over 13 years. She's had the privilege of sharing mindfulness and yoga tools through various platforms: Insight Timer, Wanderlust Festivals, lululemon, Love Your Brain, Mala Collective and many more. 

Most recently, Carolyn's personal studies have taken her into the worlds of Breathwork, Yin, Traumatic Brain Injury and End-of-Life Support. Thanks to her guides Ana Forrest, Georgina Eden, Michelle St Pierre, Tara Brach, Schuyler Grant and Clara Roberts-Oss, she leads from an inviting, relatable, and lighthearted place. She will forever passionately encourage others to remember that it’s never too late to breathe deeply, to grow, and to change. 

With Carolyn, you’ll discover tools for the nervous system and mind through mindfulness + meditation, breathing techniques and restorative spa yoga.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Maa Yoga & Wellness Studio does not offer refunds for any reason. Credit will only be granted 48 hours before the workshop; no credit will be granted above and beyond this amount of time. We will offer a credit, less a late cancellation fee, on your account that may be used for another workshop or we will gladly transfer your credit to another guest attending a workshop. In situations where there is an injury or illness, refunds may be granted with a valid doctor’s note, and will be handled case by case. Please email us at info@maayoga.com

If you reserve a spot and don’t show up without cancelling your reservation for the scheduled workshop, you will be charged for the workshop. 

If you have an emergency within an hour of your scheduled workshop, then call us at 604-983-6229 to cancel. Please note that this is for emergencies only. A credit will be applied to your account.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
