Kids Yoga FOR SHERWOOD PARK
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Grades 1-5
Every Thursday from April 11th to June 20th
Mats will be provided though you are welcome to bring your own.
Come stretch, breathe, and meditate in this kids yoga class that is designed for all levels.
Focusing on animal and warrior poses and so much more! During this playful class, kids will come away with mindfulness techniques, postures to practice, and a big smile! We look forward to see everyone on the mat.

Group gathering at Sherwood Park: 3:05pm
The yoga teacher will meet the kids with their belongings at a convenient spot inside the school TBD. Kids will be chaperoned to walk down the road to Maa Yoga Studio at 489 Dollarton Hwy, with the instructor and a volunteer.
Yoga class at Maa Yoga: 3:15 pm to 4:15 Kids will have to be picked up at Maa Yoga Studio.

CLASS SERIES CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive a full refund you must withdraw online or by emailing us at info@maayoga.com more than 7 days before the first day of the series.
Withdrawals made 7 days, or less, prior to the first day of a multi-class program must be done by emailing us at info@maayoga.com and will be refunded less the pro-rated cost of one class.
No refund is available for programs after the start of the second class in the series.
The day the program starts is not included in the more than 7 days’ required notice.
In situations where there is an injury or illness, refunds may be granted with a valid doctor’s note, and will be handled case by case. Please email us at info@maayoga.com.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
All prices are listed in Canadian currency. All sales will be transacted in Canadian Dollars. All of our sales are final.
