A Workshop for the Masculine with Travis Streb & Farhad Khan
Masculinity is at a crossroads in the world today. We see it all over the place. Ultimately, the antidote for what we’re seeing is a return to a sacred version of masculinity. A deep, open, connected masculinity.
But how do we cultivate this in ourselves? Through the body. The biggest challenge we’re facing with masculinity today is disembodied men. Men operating from their heads, strategizing, analyzing, processing without a connection to their bodies.
This is the root of our confusion around masculinity today. Disembodied men. The antidote is embodiment. The goal of embodiment is to put us into a state where we can actually feel more of what’s going on through our bodies.
So the yoga of intimacy isn’t about getting more flexible or meditating for hours. It’s about opening up our bodies so we can literally feel our way through life, be more available to the world and take action with more depth and connection.
This workshop is for men who are looking for a deeper connection to their own masculine energy and the ability to bring that as a gift to the world.
