Roll into a state of deep relaxation with Tanya Harmon. Using props such as the BackMitra, doweling, balls and blankets, Tanya will introduce you to gentle and effective self-release techniques that will increase your body's natural recovery process and leave your body feeling like butter!

While in deep relaxation, Tanya will guide you on a journey of connection through releasing your connective tissue. This powerful self care event will include practices to tone and soothe the nervous system while releasing muscular tension throughout your whole body.

Myofascial self release is a wonderful complement to your movement practice, a must for athletes and anyone who wants to feel more at ease and move without pain. By encouraging fascia to slowly unwind, you can expect to feel an overall sense of relaxation, improved circulation, range of motion, and stress relief for the body-mind-emotions.  
Specialty props will be provided. Please bring your own bolster, blanket, and yoga blocks if you have them.
