Danielle’s passion for nature and the greater-than-human world often weaves its way as a theme onto her mat and into the studio.
Yoga has been a part of Danielle’s life for over 10 years, and her connection to yoga, in many ways, mirrors her connection to the natural world. Her practice has helped her to slow down, look inward and become more embodied both on and off the mat.
After completing her 200HR teacher training, Danielle continued to deepen her practice and offerings through Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga trainings. She considers herself just as much a student and practitioner as an instructor.
Classes are accessible and trauma-informed, so please come exactly as you are, listen to your body and take what you need. Danielle believes her work is in creating space in the community to uncover our interconnectedness and thereby produce a sense of agency and care towards each other, our nonhuman companions, and Mother Earth as a whole.
