My first exposure to yoga was in 2004. Although I wasn't a regular practitioner, I have been researching the benefits of yoga and meditation, and the philosophy behind it, since then. Yoga gave me shelter, when I needed it most: Throughout life challenges it has been my trusted companion that helped me to clear my mind and connect with myself.
While being a mom of two beautiful souls and working in a stressful corporate environment for years, yoga and meditation have become my regular practice to find grounding, balance and peace. Today, being a Life Coach, Yoga and Meditation teacher, I create a safe and supportive space for people to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings, identify their strengths and values, and chart a path forward towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Yoga and Meditation have been proven to be an amazing tool to support us during any life changes.

My meditation classes are designed to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level and find greater balance and harmony in your life.
