Trupti teaches a traditional Indian full body practice in Hatha Yoga, paying special attention to body alignment and breath. She also teaches Vinyasa, Restorative, Therapeutic and Yin yoga. She brings a creative flow in simple postures to explore openness and flexibility like never before. Her style in energizing, deep, and, at the same time, very grounding. This practice will not only connect you more with your physical body but also aim to awaken the spiritual component of yoga in you.

Having found her love for Yoga since her teenage years, she received her first training in Ramamani Iyengar Institute of Yoga. She has more than 20 years of experience in Yoga practice and the human physiology and Anatomy owing to her Health and Fitness training. She has profound knowledge about the Pranayamas and its practices. She also has experience in Yin Yoga and uses candle light and sound bath to enhance the Yin experience.
